My paintings and ceramics are created using the printing techniques I have explored and mastered while screen printing for offices and hotels from 1985- 2005. My work hangs in private and public collections, hospitals and homes in the UK, South Africa, France, Germany and the USA.
My themes explore a female fascination with pattern, colour and composition, I create abstractions from nature or from geometry; often being inspired by repeat patterns from the Alhambra in Granada, the ink brushwork from Japan and the asymmetrical patterns of African art.
